Yes — every self-serve plan includes a full 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get access to every feature in your chosen plan from day one.
How does the yearly discount work?
When you choose annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free — roughly a 17–20% saving depending on your plan. The full year amount is charged upfront.
What happens when I exceed my user limit?
You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Admin → Settings → Billing page. We prorate the difference so you are never double-charged.
Is my data secure?
Axiom runs on Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security, encrypted at rest, and hosted in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) so your client data never leaves India.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. You can manage everything from the Admin settings page.
